sequioa dropped the `--binary` flag for keyring generation and only
outputs ascii armored keyrings. so make it dearmor the key afterward
to keep the key format consistent with the file ending (".gpg") again.

Not useful to have anymore and the Buster key lifetime is shorter than
what the support lifetime for Trixie is planed anyway.

They wanted to generate a new one about a year ago [0], but seems they
did not get around to that and reused the existing key with an updated
expiry.

One can see that this is the same key with just updated expiry by e.g.
comparing the output of `sq packet dump` for old and new.
That comparison shows the following, with re-ordering the packets to
minimize the diff:

Using 00:00 with relying on the implied default is sub optimal as its
a bit of a magic example that new users may not understand as easily.
So spell it out explicitly, even if there'd be a shorter version
possible.
We also had some request for the once-daily every day, and its a
sensible example to have in general, could help getting the
difference between an hour list and a single one.
